NEW RULE! I SAY SO!



 This is official now. 
As long as the Bulldogs from Starksville are
 #1 in the college football rankings,  
anyone playing touch or flag football, 
must count to "FIVE- MISSISSIPPI STATE" before rushing the quarterback.
